Typically, we process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to the considerable distance involved, and you can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 7 business days.

For online orders of AdBlue® 10L and AdBlue® Transfer Pump 240V:
When you add items to your cart and proceed to checkout, you will find detailed delivery information, including postage charges and estimated delivery dates. After your payment is received, we will arrange delivery through our trusted courier services. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
If you prefer local pickup, we offer the convenience of local pickup for retail customers. You can collect your AdBlue® 10L package and AdBlue® Transfer Pump from our location at 49 Watts Street, Box Hill VIC 3128. Please call 03-9899 9526 to arrange pickup after placing your order.
For orders of AdBlue® 1000L in IBC and AdBlue 205L/210L in Drums:
Our professional warehouses in each state of Australia store AdBlue® 1000L in IBC and AdBlue® 205L/210L in Drum packages. When placing your order, we will confirm whether you prefer to pick up the items yourself or if you require us to arrange delivery.
If you choose to pick up the items yourself, once we receive your payment, we will provide you with a Pickup Docket containing all the necessary details, including the warehouse address, pickup time, and the contact person at the warehouse. Simply present this docket to collect your AdBlue®.
If you prefer delivery to your location, kindly provide us with your exact delivery address. We will obtain a delivery fee quote from a trusted transport company, which we will share with you for confirmation. Upon receiving your confirmation, we will issue a Tax Invoice for payment, and your AdBlue® will be promptly delivered to your specified address.
Please note that while we strive to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days, delivery times may range from 5 to 7 business days due to the distance involved.
For orders of AdBlue® in Bulk:
Due to the high delivery cost associated with bulk orders, we require a minimum order quantity of 5,000L per delivery. Once we receive your order and payment, we will arrange delivery directly to your tank for your convenience.
For wholesale buyers and distributors:
When placing your order, we will confirm the delivery charges with you and arrange delivery to your designated location using our trusted transport company. Alternatively, if you prefer to use your own transportation services, we are more than happy to accommodate your requirements.
